Marathon has been cancelled
We regret to inform that the 6th World Marathon and Half Marathon
Championship of Members of Parliaments has been cancelled.
We cordially thank all Members od Parliments for interest in the Championship and willingness to participate in this special event.
We do hope that in the near future we will be able to host parliamentarians on the starting-line of the competition.
We wish to apologize for all inconvenience connected with cancelling the event. We do hope that it will not affect MP’s interest in our competition that will be held in the future.

On 11th October 2009 in Poznan, Parliamentarians from all over the world will be able to test their stamina in
an international sporting competition and run together in 10th Poznan Marathon, one of the oldest marathons in Poland.

Robert Korzeniowski was a special guest of V edition of Championships!
Robert Korzeniowski, multiple World and Olympic Champion in race walking, took part in half marathon along with Parliamentarians from 11 countries.
Our guest performed well and achieved the best result in his group which was 01:19:51. As
a special guest he had the opportunity to talk with the deputies and promote the idea of a sporting competition.

5th Edition of the World Marathon and Half Marathon Championship of Members of Parliaments is finished.
This year 26 parlamentarians from 11 countries were participating in the marathon.

I have an honor to inform You that Mr. Tadeusz Jarmuziewicz will be the director of Fifth Edition of the World Marathon and Half Marathon Championship of Members of Parliaments. Tadeusz Jarmuziewicz, Vice-minister of Infrastructure and marathoner,
is an orginator of the championships.
Preparation for the Fifth Edition of the World Marathon and Half Marathon Championship of Members of Parliaments has began.
Let’s start the official countdown! May 4th 2008, on Cracow’s Błonia, marathoners, among them parlamentarians from all over the world, will start the 7th Cracovia Marathon
and the Fifth Edition of the World Marathon and Half Marathon Championship of Members of Parliaments.
